Prior to the commencement of each franchise location, the Green Motion management and operations team assist and advise the new franchisee with business planning for the first three years. If required, we can give guidance and makes introductions with regards to general banking and funding facilities. Green Motion UK will provide each new franchisee with a fleet of vehicles and insurance for your fleet.
Green Motion provide each new franchisee with in depth training from our management team and within current a Green Motion franchise. We will assist and help with the set up and be with you for the first week of opening. We work very closely with each franchisee to ensure they are getting the best development opportunities they can.
Prior to starting your own Green Motion franchise, you will enjoy one on one training with an existing Green Motion franchise location in the United Kingdom, giving you real hands-on and practical experience.
Green Motion have a unique positioning that allows us to provide franchisees with a fleet at a low cost. Working closely with fleet leasing companies gives our franchisees a distinct advantage in the market place.
These relationships give our franchisees access to improved supply terms with some of the world’s leading motor manufacturers, including Volkswagen, Hyundai, Fiat and Alfa Romeo, Skoda, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, and Lexus.
What about IT & booking systems?
Strong communication and systems are at the heart of Green Motion’s strategy. In-branch we operate an online system - Wheels - which is the management tool responsible for the control of the day to day operation of the location in terms of fleet usage, utilisation, customer data and the generation of rental agreements and documentation.
Green Motion Vehicle Rental offers the benefit of a full online and secure transactional facility to both retail and corporate customers allowing them to book, pay for and monitor their reservations online.
Each franchisee benefits from their own individual local website (micro website) enabling each specific franchise to advertise the services of its own branch.
What happens if we need help?To ensure the continued smooth running and development of each Green Motion location, our highly experienced operational team is on hand to provide support and assistance as and when required.
Each location is monitored centrally, capturing vital operational data including fleet utilisation, vehicle usage, vehicle downtime, income source and revenue.
