To amend or extend a booking that has already started
If you have already collected your hire vehicle and you wish to extend or amend your rental, please contact the rental station that you booked from directly. Their contact details can be found on your rental voucher, or by visiting www.greenmotion.com/locations
We request that all complaints are sent to us in writing in order for us to provide a fast and efficient response. Please fill out the “Help after your rental” form above and complete the information requested. Please note that we aim to resolve post hire complaints within 14 days of receipt.
