If you arrive into the North Terminal at London Gatwick Airport then the following details will help you to locate the bus stop for our free shuttle bus. If you arrive into UK Arrivals then you will be slightly closer to the bus stops. The exit signs look exactly the same and when you emerge from the Terminal building you will be very close to the covered walkway.
At International Arrivals the large signs for the Exit and the lifts are almost directly opposite you.
Walk under the Exit sign past the lifts. The lifts are about 10 metres away from International Arrivals.
Keep walking until you are outside the building. This is about 30 metres from International Arrivals.
When outside you will see signs for Buses and Coaches. Follow the signs heading towards the Buses and Coaches.
Keep walking still following signs for Buses and Coaches until you arrive at the covered walkway (about 60 metres). Continue under the covered walkway, following the signs for Buses and Coaches. If you arrived into UK Arrivals then you will be able to see the start of the covered walkway as soon as you walk out of the Terminal.
Follow the covered walkway around the corner to the bus stops which are about another 50 metres away.
When you arrive at the bus stops, use the map to locate bus stop number 12. Gatwick Airport regularly change who can use each bus stop so ignore the map if it says that bus stop 12 is for a different company.
Our shuttle bus runs from 0600 until 2100 every day. Off peak times we run a shuttle every 30 minutes arriving at the North Terminal at 20 minutes and 50 minutes past the hour. At peak times we run a second bus service which also arrives at the North Terminal at 5 minutes and 35 minutes past each hour.
The free Green Motion shuttle service runs continuously from 0600 to 2100 daily. We aim to visit the South Terminal at 10 minutes and 40 minutes past the hour and the North Terminal at 20 minutes and 50 minutes past the hour.
At peak times we operate every 15 minutes so we will be aiming to also be at the South Terminal at 25 minutes and 55 minutes past the hour and the North Terminal at 5 minutes and 35 minutes past the hour.
