Introducing our new UK customer service programme

We’re pleased to announce that we have implemented a new customer service programme across all of our UK branches.

Customer service is very important to us at Green Motion and this is shown by the positive feedback we regularly receive from customers. In fact, we’re the highest rated UK car rental company in the UK on Trustpilot.

Despite this, we have launched a unique programme as part of a continual improvement policy to ensure ongoing high levels of customer service. The programme has been created with Grosvenor Training, the approved training provider of the BVRLA.

“As many of our offices are airport based, we are often dealing with customers who may have just arrived after a delayed long haul flight feeling tired and confused,” comments Green Motion’s Operations Director Sian Marston. “So, being able to approach customers who are in that specific frame of mind was important if the training was going to be effective.”

The programme is a first for us, it will enable staff across all locations to be trained on-site, without having to leave the working environment. Follow up schedules have already been completed by a number of staff in the Manchester, Liverpool and Bristol offices. These branches were also praised recently at our annual national conference.
