Arriving at East Midlands Airport by air

When you depart your flight, please collect your luggage and once outside arrivals please call us on 01332 220 770 to arrange your shuttle bus transfer to our site at the Hilton Hotel. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for all our customers.

Arriving at East Midlands Airport by train

The Skylink bus network connects East Midlands Airport with train routes to Derby, Nottingham, Long Eaton and the rest of the East Midlands. Once you are East Midlands Parkway Station, please call us on 01332 220 770 to arrange your shuttle bus transfer to our site at the Hilton Hotel. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for all our customers.

Dropping off your car at Green Motion East Midlands Airport

Hilton Hotel Lane is the exit immediately after the A50 Stoke/ Derby road. From Sunday 21st October 2018 there will be NO Access to the hotel from the A50 as the crossover will be closed permanently.

Please note that the hotel can only be accessed from J24, M1. Roads connecting to the interchange are M1 northbound and southbound, A453 from the Airport, A453 from Nottingham, A6 from Loughborough, A50 from Derby.

If using a Satellite Navigation/ GPS device please select the hotel name from points of interest, entering the hotel name - Hilton East Midlands Airport via “Points of interest” or “Search” option.
